The difference between the two options is that `menubar` affects the items placed on the menu "bar" itself where `menu` affects individual items appearing on a menu's dropdown. Additionally, `menu` will give you much more granular control of your menus (e.g. you can create your own titles for menu items). This is easier to understand with an example.
